by Jason January 30, 2019
written by Jason

Get. Focused. IMMEDIATELY. Your favourite restaurant now does BRUNCH! That’s right, your go-to spot for Southern comfort food Dinette Triple Crown, now gives you another reason to brave the cold and line up for the sake of brunch. This has been one of my most favourite restaurants for years and it always on the list for my top recommendations in the city. Have you been? What are you waiting for? If the most authentic Kentucky fried chicken, biscuits, smoked brisket, collard greens and hush puppies aren’t enough to convince you to go, imagine what they can do for brunch.

by Jason January 11, 2019

I’m in a relationship, a peculiar one. It’s with a seductress, a tramp… and her name is brunch. I like brunch, who doesn’t? I know what you’re thinking, “Wait, Icehouse has had brunches before, Old man Jason is off his damn rocker.” Yes and no. Yes, They’ve had seasonal brunch pop-ups in the past, and no, I’m not that old. So what is Icehouse serving you ask? Great question, you’ll need to sit for this.

About Me

About Me

People get hungry and need to find good places to eat... I am people, and here are the places I've found. This is a log of my endeavors set forth to discover the hidden gems of the city I call home, Montreal. I vow to not leave one hot pot lid unturned, snail shell hollowed, or souvlaki foil emptied until I can safely say that I ate my way across Montreal. It's a big claim, but it's one I'm making.
